Frank ends up dying and Rocky holds his body and begins to climb the RKO Radio tower (in a reference to King Kong). Riff Raff tries to shoot Rocky, but his shots bounce off Rocky (with the shittiest special effects). Brad, Janet, and Dr. Scott are then told to leave.
